We have less than a week to go until this years Annual Verity Conference where you’ll get to meet and talk with some of the leading PCOS experts on topics such as diet, fertility, the role of metformin and more.
However we know that one of the most important parts of the day is lunch and for many it can cause stress as you want to stick to your healthy eating plans. The good news is it won’t be hard to do.
The lovely people at ETC venues have taken the time to devise a well balanced Low GI menu for our lunch, which includes the following:
-Lemon and Thyme Roasted Chicken with Salsa Verde, served with a Sweet Potato Cake
-Teriyaki Roasted Salmon
-Vegetable and Tomato Frittata served with Tomato and Basil Salsa
-A selection of Salads and Gluten Free bread and Dips
-Fruit Salad, Cheese and Chutney or Waffles to finish (we had to have a naughty treat in there too!)
So the good news is it’s going to be a great informative day where you can meet experts and other PCOS ladies whilst keeping on top of our healthy diets at the same time!
