My name is Catherine O’Boyle and I’m currently beginning a research project for my MSc in Clinical
Nutrition at Roehampton University. The study title is: ‘What advice do women with polycystic ovary
syndrome (PCOS) get on their diet and Physical activity’.
Ascertaining the source of where women get their therapeutic advice from, what is this advice and
how successful this is may enable recommendations to be made to the people who first diagnose or
deal with PCOS patients, most notably health care professionals.
