We have three incredible experts lined up to take your questions for an hour this Friday evening from 6:30 – 7:30pm. You have the chance to put your questions to Dr Sophie Clarke, Dr Bassel Wattar and Dr Vikram Talaulikar (full profiles below!) and get some specialist advice on managing your PCOS and what steps you might be able to take next.

We are expecting there to be a high number of PCOSers on the Zoom, so the best chance to get your own question asked is to send it to us in advance. Dr Sophie Clarke
Consultant Endocrinologist, University College London Hospital
Sophie is a Consultant Endocrinologist whose clinical practice and research focuses on the field of reproductive endocrinology. Based at University College London Hospital, working in the Endocrine and Reproductive Medicine Unit departments, she provides care for patients with PCOS, as well as other conditions impacting reproductive health. Liaising closely with colleagues from across specialties, including gynaecology and psychology, she is keen to ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.

Dr Bassel Wattar
Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Epsom & St Helier University Hospital
Mr. Bassel H.Al Wattar is a Consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist and sub-specialist in Reproductive Medicine at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals. Bassel is a senior researcher at University College London and currently leads a research group focusing on evaluating novel treatments for women with metabolic and endocrine disorders with a particular interest in PCOS.
He is passionate about optimising fertility treatments for women with PCOS to achieve a healthy pregnancy and healthy families. Currently he is leading research efforts trying to identify the best treatment options for heavy periods funded by the National Institute for Health Research in addition to several projects focused on evaluating best IVF protocols to increase pregnancy chances in women with PCOS.

Dr Vikram Talaulikar
Specialist in Reproductive Medicine, University College London
Dr Vikram Talaulikar is a Specialist in Reproductive Medicine at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Hon. Associate Professor in Women’s Health at the University College London.
His clinical interests include reproductive endocrinology, polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent miscarriage, premature ovarian insufficiency, and menopause.
He is a certified ‘menopause specialist’ by the British Menopause Society.
He has published widely in Reproductive Medicine and Menopause. He is a member of the British Fertility Society, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, British Menopause Society, and International Menopause Society.
He runs a busy menopause and PCOS clinic at UCLH and Menopause Clinic London on Harley Street. He is a Principal trainer for FSRH Menopause SS module and a trainer for BMS principles and practice of menopause care programme.
