The below blog post has been written by the research team, and details of how to participate in the research can be found at the bottom of this post. Verity have sighted the ethics approval granted for the recruitment of this study.
Request 1: Is there a link between dietary fibre and PCOS?
Why fibre, you ask? Because emerging research suggests that increasing fibre intake may offer relief from some of the most common PCOS symptoms. By understanding how fibre affects women with PCOS, we can pave the way for more effective strategies to manage this condition.

Request 2: Exploring Ownership, Empowerment, and Trust in Health Data Management
The study aims to understand how different stakeholders—patients, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and technology experts—perceive ownership, empowerment, and trust in health data. These insights are vital in designing systems that are secure, user-friendly, and meet the needs of all parties involved. This research is particularly relevant for women with PCOS, who often manage large amounts of health data related to their condition.
