Hello! We are researchers at Cardiff Metropolitan University. We are looking for individuals with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to help us design a resistance training programme as part of a research study.
We think that resistance training might be beneficial for people with PCOS. But we need your help to design a programme that meets your needs and preferences.
We are asking you to:
- Take part in five group discussion sessions in Cardiff.
- Help us understand what’s important to you in a training programme.
- Take a leading role in designing the training programme.
The time commitment is 4-6 hours across 4-12 weeks. You will be reimbursed for your time and travel expenses.
