Annual General Meeting

Why do we have an AGM?

The simple answer is because we legally have to have an AGM once a year as part of our legal obligations for the Charity and Company.

This helps our members (those that belong to Verity) make decisions about the governance of Verity for the coming years. For example the accounts and annual report are available on request so you can see what we have done each year.
