It is now less than a month to go until the Verity Conference on 12th November in Cardiff, and I don’t know about you but I’m getting rather excited! My Pennies for PCOS jar is already half-full, so I am on target to donate a whole jar (plus extra!) at the conference.
Last year was the first Verity Conference I attended and I was blown away by the buzz of the day. Everyone was so friendly, I went alone but definitely wasn’t lonely! It was lovely to meet lots of ladies struggling with the symptoms of PCOS and it was the first time I felt part of a very special family. The experts on fertility, hormones and nutrition gave fantastic talks and stayed to answer everyone’s questions. And to top it off the lunch provided was also delicious!
